AN ACT AMENDING A PRIOR CONVEYANCE OF PARCELS OF STATE LAND TO THE CITY OF NEW HAVEN. To amend a prior conveyance of parcels of state land to the city of New Haven to delete a requirement for a memorandum of understanding between the city and APT Foundation, Inc.
