AN ACT AMENDING A PRIOR CONVEYANCE OF A PARCEL OF STATE LAND TO THE TOWN OF STRATFORD TO PERMIT THE PARCEL TO BE SOLD, TRANSFERRED OR LEASED. To amend a prior conveyance of state land to the town of Stratford to permit the parcel to be sold, transferred or leased.
