AN ACT AMENDING A CONVEYANCE OF A PARCEL OF LAND TO THE TOWN OF SOMERS. To amend a prior conveyance of land to the town of Somers to (1) specify that the conveyance shall be for administrative costs, (2) require a deed restriction concerning the use of said land for public safety purposes, and (3) make technical corrections to the property description.
