AN ACT CONCERNING A PLAN TO REVISE THE DEFINITION OF INTELLECTUAL DISABILITY AND THE ESTABLISHMENT OF WORKING GROUPS ON AMERICAN SIGN LANGUAGE EDUCATION AND NONEMERGENCY MEDICAL TRANSPORTATION REIMBURSEMENT. To modify eligibility criteria for assistance programs administered by the Department of Developmental Services.
