Connecticut Senate Bill
AN ACT IMPLEMENTING THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES CONCERNING CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS OF EMPLOYEES WITH ACCESS TO TAX RECORDS. To require criminal background checks of employees with access to federal tax records be conducted at least every five years.
