AN ACT EXPANDING THE ADDRESS CONFIDENTIALITY PROGRAM OF THE SECRETARY OF THE STATE. To expand the address confidentiality program to include applicants who are engaged in the provision, facilitation or promotion of reproductive health care services and gender-affirming health care services and have safety concerns, to expand such program to require persons as well as state agencies to use a program address and to create a process for the shielding of real property records of program participants.
