AN ACT CONCERNING DISCRETIONARY TRANSFER FROM JUVENILE COURT TO ADULT COURT. To include all serious firearm offenses in the list of offenses eligible for transfer from the juvenile court to the adult court, require a motion to transfer a hearing on such motion for a case involving such offense to be within fifteen days of the child's arraignment and require reporting on transfer motions.
