AN ACT CONCERNING PROCEEDINGS OF THE SITING COUNCIL AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS CONCERNING CERTAIN UTILITY EXPENDITURES. To modify provisions concerning the Connecticut Siting Council, including by modifying its membership, establishing the Consumer Counsel as a party in proceedings and modifying submission and notification requirements for council applications.
