AN ACT CONCERNING REQUIREMENTS FOR STATE CONTRACTS CONCERNING AUTOMATED LICENSE PLATE READER INFORMATION. To impose requirements for contracts entered into by a public agency with an entity that concern automated license plate reader information to govern how the entity may store or use such information, require such information be kept confidential and concerning jurisdiction and choice of law in the event of a dispute.
