AN ACT CONCERNING REQUIREMENTS FOR AND PENALTIES ON HOLDERS OF DEALER REGISTRATIONS REGARDING ELECTRONIC NICOTINE DELIVERY SYSTEMS AND VAPOR PRODUCTS AND MANUFACTURER REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS OF SUCH DELIVERY SYSTEMS AND PRODUCTS. To (1) require applicants for cigarette and tobacco products distributor and dealer licenses and renewals to provide certain information with such applications, and (2) establish additional penalties for violations of state law regarding the sale, offer for sale or marketing of electronic nicotine delivery systems and vapor products.
