AN ACT CONCERNING A STUDY OF WHETHER UNCLAIMED GIFT CERTIFICATES SHOULD BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED PROPERTY. To require the Treasurer to conduct a study of the feasibility, advantages and disadvantages of having unredeemed gift certificates escheat to the state.
