AN ACT CONCERNING THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH'S RECOMMENDATIONS REGARDING VARIOUS REVISIONS TO THE ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH AND DRINKING WATER STATUTES. To implement the Department of Public Health's recommendations regarding various revisions to the environmental health and drinking water statutes, including statutes relating to bottled water, environmental laboratories and asbestos abatement.
