AN ACT CONCERNING HOUSING DEVELOPMENT ON CERTAIN LOTS ZONED FOR INDUSTRIAL USE OR PREVIOUSLY ZONED FOR RESIDENTIAL USE. To allow the development of certain middle housing or mixed-use developments on certain lots zoned for industrial use or previously zoned for residential use subject only to summary review.
