AN ACT CONCERNING OVERSIGHT OF PERMITTING PROCESSES OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION. To require the Commissioner of Energy and Environmental Protection to conduct an assessment of the general and individual permitting processes and whether certain modifications are feasible or recommended.
