AN ACT REQUIRING THE OFFICE OF POLICY AND MANAGEMENT TO CONDUCT A STUDY CONCERNING THE FEASIBILITY OF AUTHORIZING MUNICIPALITIES THAT HAVE ENTERED INTO REVENUE SHARING AGREEMENTS TO ADOPT DIFFERENTIAL MILL RATES. To require the Office of Policy and Management to conduct a study concerning the feasibility of authorizing municipalities that have entered into revenue sharing agreements to adopt differential mill rates.
