AN ACT REQUIRING MUNICIPALITIES TO REPORT EXCESS WASTEWATER CAPACITY. To require the water pollution control authority of a municipality to submit an annual report to the Secretary of Policy and Management detailing the municipality's current wastewater capacity and any projected excess wastewater capacity.
