AN ACT CONCERNING A WAIVER OF INTEREST ON CERTAIN DELINQUENT MUNICIPAL PROPERTY TAXES. To waive interest on certain delinquent property taxes owed by a housing cooperative known as Success Village located in the city of Bridgeport, in part, and the town of Stratford, in part.
