AN ACT CONCERNING THE DEPARTMENT OF MENTAL HEALTH AND ADDICTION SERVICES' RECOMMENDATIONS REGARDING RECOVERY-FRIENDLY LANGUAGE AND VARIOUS REVISIONS TO MENTAL HEALTH AND ADDICTION STATUTES.
