AN ACT IMPLEMENTING THE UNIVERSITY OF CONNECTICUT'S PLAN TO BECOME A MEMBER OF AN ASSOCIATION OF RESEARCH UNIVERSITIES. To require The University of Connecticut to hire not fewer than ten top-tier research faculty within the next three years.
