AN ACT IMPLEMENTING RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE TRANSFORMING CHILDREN'S BEHAVIORAL HEALTH POLICY AND PLANNING COMMITTEE AND CONCERNING TEMPORARY FAMILY ASSISTANCE BENEFITS. To implement the recommendations of the Transforming Children's Behavioral Health Policy and Planning Committee and to provide increased temporary family assistance benefits.
