AN ACT CONCERNING DEPUTY COMMISSIONERS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF EMERGENCY SERVICES AND PUBLIC PROTECTION. To (1) increase to three the number of deputy commissioners of the Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection, and (2) establish the responsibilities of such deputy commissioners.
