AN ACT CONCERNING POSSESSION OF A FIREARM ON SCHOOL GROUNDS BY A CERTIFIED POLICE OFFICER. To allow a peace officer to possess a firearm on school grounds regardless of whether such officer is engaged in the performance of the officer's official duties.
