AN ACT CONCERNING MUNICIPAL PARTICIPATION IN THE CONNECTICUT LAND MOBILE RADIO NETWORK AND RELATED COSTS. To require (1) the Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection to pay all lifecycle costs that municipalities incur as a condition of participating in the Connecticut Land Mobile Radio Network, and (2) the Commissioner of Emergency Services and Public Protection to develop a plan to encourage municipalities to participate in said network.
