Connecticut Senate Bill
AN ACT REQUIRING A STUDY OF STATUTES AND REGULATIONS RELATING TO FIREWORKS. To require the Commissioner of Emergency Services and Public Protection to conduct a study of the general statutes and regulations of Connecticut state agencies relating to fireworks to determine whether any revisions to such statutes or regulations are necessary and to submit a report concerning the results of such study.
