AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE COMMISSIONER OF MOTOR VEHICLES TO ISSUE PERMITS ALLOWING ORGAN TRANSPORT VEHICLES TO USE CERTAIN LIGHTS. To authorize the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles to issue permits allowing organ transport vehicles to use certain lights.
