AN ACT CONCERNING THE IMPAIRED DRIVING ENFORCEMENT AND DRUG RECOGNITION TRAINING GRANT PROGRAM. To establish the impaired driving enforcement and drug recognition training grant program and require that a certain portion of a cannabis-related tax be expended for the purposes of providing grants pursuant to said program.
