AN ACT CONCERNING THE DISPLAY OF LIGHTED LAMPS ON BICYCLES, ELECTRIC BICYCLES AND ELECTRIC SCOOTERS. To require each bicycle, electric bicycle or electric scooter operated upon the public highway to display a lighted lamp upon the forward part of such bicycle, electric bicycle or electric scooter during certain times.
