AN ACT CONCERNING CIVIL IMMIGRATION DETAINERS FOR PERSONS WHO ARE CHARGED WITH THE COMMISSION OF A CLASS A, B OR C FELONY OR A FAMILY VIOLENCE CRIME. To permit law enforcement to detain for a limited period a person charged, after a finding of probable cause, with a class A, B or C felony or a family violence crime for purposes of a civil immigration detainer.
