AN ACT CONCERNING THE DISPOSITION OF CASES BEFORE THE COMMISSION ON HUMAN RIGHTS AND OPPORTUNITIES. To (1) permit health clubs and gyms to offer separate areas for exercise on the basis of sex, and (2) make statutory changes to commission processes involving requests for early legal intervention, the reopening of previously closed complaints and time parameters for pursuing a complaint in court.
