AN ACT CONCERNING THE KIRKLYN M. KERR PROGRAM AT THE UNIVERSITY OF CONNECTICUT. To establish a grant program to offset the tuition paid by veterinary students and require such students to reside in the state for not fewer than five years after graduation.
