AN ACT CONCERNING CONTINUING REAL ESTATE EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS, PUBLIC MARKETING OF CERTAIN REAL ESTATE LISTINGS AND REVISING THE TITLE OF A REAL ESTATE SALESPERSON TO A REAL ESTATE AGENT. To: (1) Revise the continuing education requirements for real estate licensees, (2) change the term real estate salesperson to real estate agent, and (3) establish a process regarding the public marketing of certain real estate listings.
