AN ACT CONCERNING THE UNIFORM INVESTIGATION OF ACCIDENT REPORT AND CERTAIN REPORTS BY PEACE OFFICERS. To require (1) a motor vehicle accident report to be made available not later than thirty days after the completion of the related investigation, and (2) a peace officer to prepare and provide, upon request, a report describing any matter in which a person experiences an emergency medical condition or is medically unstable while in direct audio or visual contact with, or under the custody or control of, the peace officer.
