AN ACT ESTABLISHING AN ELECTRONIC PORTAL FOR APPLICATIONS FOR STATE GRANT PROGRAMS. To require the Secretary of the Office of Policy and Management to establish an electronic portal containing information regarding state grant programs, including applications for such programs.
