AN ACT CONCERNING CONNECTICUT WING CIVIL AIR PATROL YOUTH CAMPS. To provide that the Connecticut Wing Civil Air Patrol within the Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection may establish, conduct or maintain a youth camp without a license.
