AN ACT CONCERNING PROCESSING FEES FOR MEDICAL RECORDS FOR APPLICATIONS FOR DISABILITY RETIREMENT. To prohibit providers from charging a patient for the furnishing of a health record, or part thereof, necessary for the purpose of supporting an application for disability retirement benefits under the state employees retirement system.
