AN ACT CONCERNING HOUSING UNIT-EQUIVALENT POINTS FOR DEVELOPMENTS SUBJECT TO LITIGATION. To prevent the receipt of housing unit-equivalent points for certain units located in developments subject to the affordable housing appeals process for a period of more than six months.
