AN ACT INCREASING THE THRESHOLD AMOUNT FOR FELONY UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION FRAUD. To increase the threshold dollar amount for an individual to become guilty of a felony for receiving unemployment benefits by fraudulent means.
