AN ACT CONCERNING THE REGIONAL PLANNING INCENTIVE ACCOUNT. To clarify that a regional council of governments may receive funding from the regional planning incentive account for both a regional stormwater management and flood mitigation coordinator position and a regional municipal solid waste and recycling coordinator position.
