AN ACT CONCERNING THE PROCEDURE FOR ADOPTING, REVISING AND AMENDING THE STATE BUILDING CODE AND REQUIRING RELATED TRAINING. To make various revisions relating to the adoption of, and revisions and amendments to, the State Building Code and to establish a one-year implementation period for training and code enforcement education.
