Connecticut Senate Bill
AN ACT CONCERNING REASONABLE ACCOMMODATIONS IN THE WORKPLACE FOR CONDITIONS RELATED TO MENOPAUSE. To (1) require employers to provide reasonable accommodations in the workplace for conditions related to menopause, (2) require the Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities to develop a model workplace policy regarding reasonable accommodations for conditions related to menopause, and (3) require the Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities to develop education materials regarding conditions related to menopause.
