AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TASK FORCE ON THE CALCULATION OF AFFORDABILITY IN THE AFFORDABLE HOUSING APPEALS PROCESS. To establish a task force to study the impact of the ten per cent affordable housing threshold of subsection (k) of section 8-30g of the general statutes.
