AN ACT PERMITTING PROXY DESIGNATION FOR MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY INVESTMENT FUND 2030 BOARD. To permit members of the Community Investment Fund Board to designate proxies to act in their place when they cannot attend a meeting.
