AN ACT CONCERNING RECOMMENDATIONS FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF CONSUMER PROTECTION WITH RESPECT TO THE CONNECTICUT UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICES ACT AND SPORTS WAGERING. To (1) increase the maximum amount of restitution available under the Connecticut Unfair Trade Practices Act, (2) make consistent statutory provisions concerning record retention under said act, and (3) update the state's cheating statute to include provisions relating to sports wagering.
