Connecticut House Bill
AN ACT CONCERNING THE DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF A PLAN FOR THE USE OF UNIFORM STATE-WIDE CASE IDENTIFICATION CODES IN DOMESTIC VIOLENCE CASES. To require the Chief Court Administrator, or the administrator's designee to develop and implement a plan to facilitate the use of uniform state-wide case identification codes in domestic violence cases.
