AN ACT ESTABLISHING A CIVIL ACTION FOR THE OFFICE OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL AND A PRIVATE RIGHT OF ACTION FOR VICTIMS OF UNLAWFUL DISSEMINATION OF A SYNTHETICALLY CREATED INTIMATE IMAGE. To establish a private right of action and a civil action for the office of the Attorney General to pursue damages from an operator of an electronic digital platform who fails to take down a synthetically created intimate image when the operator knew or should have known that dissemination of such image was unlawful.
