AN ACT CONCERNING AN AFFIRMATIVE DEFENSE FOR A CRIMINAL VIOLATION OF A PROTECTIVE ORDER OR A STANDING RESTRAINING ORDER. To establish an affirmative defense for a criminal violation of a protective order or a standing restraining order in the case of contact being initiated by a protected person.
