AN ACT CONCERNING THE STATUTE OF LIMITATION FOR INJURY CAUSED BY FRAUD IN THE PROVISION OF FERTILITY CARE AND TREATMENT. To provide that an action to recover damages for personal injury to a person caused by fraud in the provision of fertility care and treatment may be brought not later than three years from the date the minor child affected by such fraud reaches the age of majority, or three years after the date on which the fraud is discovered, whichever is later.
