Connecticut House Bill
AN ACT CONCERNING THE PROVISION OF NOTICE TO A PARENT OR GUARDIAN OF A MINOR CHILD WHO SEEKS TO RECEIVE PREGNANCY-RELATED HEALTH CARE SERVICES. To (1) require the provision of notice to a parent or guardian of a minor child who seeks to receive pregnancy-related health care services, and (2) establish a court process to determine if such notice must be provided in a situation involving a minor child who does not want such notice to be provided.
