AN ACT CONCERNING SENTENCE REDUCTION OR RELIEF FOR SURVIVORS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, SEXUAL ASSAULT, STALKING OR HUMAN TRAFFICKING. To permit survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking or trafficking in persons for whom violence or abuse suffered by such survivors was a contributing factor influencing such survivor to commit an offense to be eligible for a sentence reduction or relief.
