AN ACT LIMITING THE ACCESS OF PRIVATE EQUITY TO FUNDS FROM THE EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION ENDOWMENT. To give priority to funding from the Early Childhood Education Endowment to those child care service providers that are not backed by private equity.
